Billed $50 Months After Canceling Internet Service

I had signed up for internet service from MSN, but we were unable to receive service, so we canceled. Several months later, our card was billed $50.00. When we confronted them with the dilemma, we were told that not only were they not going to do anything about it, but they were going to continue to bill us for service we were not getting.
