A Reliance Home Comfort technician came to my house on the afternoon of March 3 to do the furnace maintenance. As a result, the furnace does not work anymore. The furnace is a Carrie brand (high performance) and is about 3 years old. It never had any issue before. According to the technician, the circuit board is not working and needs to be replaced. I wonder why the circuit board suddenly broke after his maintenance work?
