1. Since the day 1 of my service with Reliance I always get poor service first you agent rub me money he said I will get refund $2000 if I will buy the service I have right now, but then they need proof of my old furnace motor to get that and money that the agent told me so. But how can I showed that if they took my old furnace because this agent did not tell me anything about this procedures and I need to pay 300 to be qualified on that refund for inspections non of this was explained to me properly not until i called the office because I was waiting for the check until the agent just gone in the Company,

And then every year I have service of filter change, why do you send technician in my house with out filter and light since that's what they supposed to do every year and that's what in my service, why they come and check and come back the next day and drop the filter and light by my door it will end up that I myself will be the one to changed the filter and the light
And now THIS LAST ONE
3. My furnace broke on a Monday morning. I called their service to fix it and they said they'd be coming the next day around 10 am - 2pm. They showed up in the morning and found out the furnace motor broke and said they'd order parts and that they'd come back on Wednesday morning. It was already Wednesday evening and still, no one showed up. I was trying to contact your office to confirm if your service people were coming but no one answered my calls.
Finally the guy showed up around 5 pm, me expecting him to have all the parts ready because he said he'd order them. He checked the furnace and according to him he needed to order two more parts. I do not appreciate your VERY poor service. My family and I had to sleep in the house COLD in -41 degrees weather for five days. This has to get resolved need to stop... Your company name is reliance meaning s/b reliable then home comfort but where is the comfort if you do not have emergency service i hope you will do action for this report...
