I do not usually look at all my bank statements, but I noticed this Yahoo Music, CA on a couple of them and tried calling the number listed next to the agency. No such luck! I believe this company gave a false number and somehow got my banking information. I want to be reimbursed the funds they took from me, and I think I should be able to sue for more damages as well for fraud.
I did get in touch with my bank, but even they did not know what to do because it was no longer a valid company. They said they believe the company was bought out. I'm sure if it's Rhapsody or not, but it is not even all about the money, it is also the principle. Companies should not be allowed to bill consumers for products that they never ordered nor ever used a day in their life. And how did they get my information?
That is still unclear. I want to be reimbursed though, and I will do whatever it takes to get some justice here.
