YAHOO MUSIC When Musicbox transfered to Yahoo Unlimited Music, Yahoo allows a 3 mth free trial. At the point of renewal an email is suppose to be sent to your yahoo email account to remind you of your renewal. Which did not happen. Then Yahoo stole 71.88 from my account.
On 10/09/07 I spoke to 3 reps and 1 supervisor I was told I was out of luck where my money was concerned. I called back on the same day and spoke to yet another rep who told me that my acct had been canceled and that I would be receiving a refund within 5 to 10 days.
As of 10/26/07 I had not seen the refund, I called back spoke to a rep who transfered me to a supervisor named Brent. Brent proceeded to tell me that the rep for his company had had a "miscommunication" with me and that I would not be refunded.
Since a rep of Yahoo Music had state that I was going to get a refund and gave me a confirmation # to boot, I had assumed that Yahoo as an internet giant would keep the word of their rep.instead I am out of the money I had no intention of giving them along with bank fees and have no way to be reimbursed for Yahoo's deception.
