I purchased 2 batteries from this company for my Canon ES970 Camcorder on March 12, supposedly the order was completed and shipped on March 14 and it would take 5 to 10 business day to receive. Well hear it is June 3rd 2006 and no sign of the batteries. After 2 weeks of waiting I emailed them to see what was holding up the order. I got no response. I sent them another email on April 14 and no response from them again. Tried calling it's no longer in service and called it's always busy. Message box was full. Now it's June 3rd 2006 and still no batteries. Emailed several more times with no response. Called probably 40 more times and no response.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they tried to contact them and couldn't. This is what they sent me via email.
