Just moved from Michigan 2 weeks ago and had no problem getting cable or internet ever. So we move to Selmer Tennessee. I call Charter and they took all my information and said no problem, gave me a phone number because of the package deal they were offering. So the install guys come out, they say it to far from there line to install it but they will send out a Engineer on the next Tuesday to make sure they are right and see what he decides. They call back on Thursday and tell us the engineer has said they can install it, so we make a appointment for the following Monday 1pm-3pm. So a guy named Steve comes out at 11am, did not knock or anything, just leaves a note on our door saying cannot provide service without plant additions. So we call them back. Tell us sure they can provide us cable and internet for 8 thousand to 10,000 to run a line from the pole. Charter is a big joke.
