Misinformation leading to outrageous bill

My dad who lived in Vegas, died lately. 3 days after his passing I went from Florida to his invest Vegas, to deal with the instant issues. Once we were estranged and had no-contact for more than 40 years, I had been unsure things to anticipate or what type of property I'd get.

When I got to his home, I noticed he had numerous Directv devices. I named the organization to question them how to proceed about that equipment. They responded that used to do not require to complete something withit, provided the conditions, but had a need to deliver a death certification in order for them to shut the consideration.

After getting the death certification per month later, I named Directv again to shut the consideration, and was subsequently advised that I'd 21 times to come back the gear or could be billed $600!!

I'm attempting to combat this and, each time I contact, obtain a distinct solution. One worker stated that it may be managed which I had a need to call-back in three times to make sure that the restoration packages for that gear have been ended, This hadn't been the situation, and that I was again informed the consideration could be billed $600. Additionally they extended getting the consideration handed my first telephone call.

Don't ever give your business to these folks!

As manager of the property, I have to pay expenses. Nevertheless, I also provide obligation not to overpay lenders.

Personnaly, I'm changing to Dish Network ASAP!
