After shutting and eliminating our DirecTV support in September, we were delivered a container by FedEx Surface which included a prepaid USPS return tag. Your DirecTV gear was carefully loaded and slipped down in September at our regional postoffice and delivered using DirecTVis USPS return tag. On August 6, our consideration was billed $401.74 by DirecTV. Upon contacting DirecTV, they stated our equipment was never delivered plus they declined to return our consideration or attempt to find the delivered equipment. Because the USPS return tag was made on DirecTV's consideration, we're not able to document a state with USPS. DirecTV declined to document a state with USPS. After studying online, we discovered that this really is common with clients who shut their balances with DirecTV. There are many grievances found online about that scam by trying to find the expression "DirecTV Gear Return Fraud". Because the load of evidence is upon the client to show the gear was delivered, clients are basically hopeless against these costs. DirecTVis business methods are dishonest and really should be viewed email scam because the United States Postal Service can be used to fraud clients. We shall not quit till that is solved.
