I've been a customer to directv for 15 years. I start my consideration once the organization was PrimeStar. I recently had some finanical issues... And my support was dis-related... I contact directv to inform them used to donot wish to shut my consideration I simply was not able to spend right now, since I'd additional expenses I have to catch up... The following point I understand I had been delivered a container to come back my gear and my debt card was billed $1008.52 without my promission on 9/16. I've facility costs on my account and was not able to spend my mortage and expenses and all of the payment boss might tell me after 15 years... I'll not get my money-back for early convenience on my account, but I never terminated my account... Simply required sometime to pay for more crucial statement after which re open my account with directv.
