I will try to give you a "quick run down" on my experience. Talked to a man named Mike, who told me that there would be no problems at all getting service/signal in my area, (even though I just told him that Direct TV was cancelling my contract due to the signal strength) I also asked him about high speed internet, and to say the conversation lasted awhile is understatement. After going around and around about what type of internet service I needed, " we" concluded that there was only one I could get, (again my area) I told him fine, sounds like I would bundle that together, blah. Blah. Blah... Thought everything was good when I hung up, he told me that they would be out on that Monday to install cable and internet. I was happy. Then the installer came, said he needs to add more wiring, (due to the signal) and that he had nothing on his order regarding internet. I immediately got on the phone, and received the run around. FINALLY after about an hour, dish network tech. Support set me up, booked me for that Friday, I gave the Hughes.net a call to verify, they were coming that Friday, and the very next morning I get a call from dish network, who stated that he saw I was interested in internet, but no other notes. After explaining my situation, I get transferred AGAIN to another person, who had to receive all of the information AGAIN!!! To tell me he was soooooo sorry for the confusion, but that they are unable to see the info once it leaves to go to HUGHESNET. I think this should be brought up at the next board meeting! No communication!!! Not happy! Do not bug me again people...
