Dish Network Can't Reinstall My Dish, Now i have to pay a fee for a service i never planned to cancel!

I signed up for Dish back in January. I knew of the contract, and had them install a system in my home. I was told there was no issues with rain causing signal loss, both the salesman and installer said this was not an issue with dish anymore, needless to say, it went out every time it rained. The problems worsened when i moved to a different lot in the mobile home park. The free "dish mover" they advertise is only free if you have been a customer for 2 years, and well, that was going to cost me $100 now, but what choice did i have? I wanted my TV working at my new home. So the installer shows up as scheduled (june 2nd 2012) and assesses the site for an install.in review of park regulations of placement of satellites, and way my lot is situated near trees, he could not find an area to place the dish to get proper signal. So he talked to his supervisor, and i was not charged for an install. I got on the phone with dish (every time you call its someone new, fast talking, and hard to understand) The lady said they would send a field tech to give a "second opinion". Well they never gave me a time he would be here, and i dont even know that he showed up. They said they could put the dish in a landscaped area and get a signal, i explained to another lady back in customer service that this was not feasable, as we cannot put satellites in certain areas of the lots. (they must now be placed on a tripod mount on a patio or balcony). So now they are aware that an install is not possible. Ok, so more phone calls, bieng placed on hold, and transferred multiple times. I spoke with Raul the account specialist. I explained the situation in detail. Apparently when you sign a contract with dish, there is a disconnection fee ($400) in my case because i had it only 4 months). I tried explaining to him that its not right that i still have to pay for a service that they can no longer provide me. I would have gladly kept the dish if they could have installed it, but since they cannot get their equipment to perform properly on my lot, i am still responsible for it. I placed my account on hold for 6 months hoping i could find a resolution to this. If you are considering Dish network, No, You would have better luck getting out of a contract with Satan himself. This company has shady, poorly worded (and explained) contracts, Horrible customer support that dosent seem to care at all. They just want your money. So now i sit in limbo, paying for a service i cannot use. I Really hope people read up on these companies before getting snaked like i did.
