Customer service really sucks, I am usually patient - but this one is beyond comprehension, their Internet connection used to drop almost once a month, and they would charge me for every visit. I guess that's a way for them to make you sign up for their "protection plan". I eventually did 1 and guess what - after that, no dropped connections or visits the technician had to make. Could be purely coincidental though! And when you call them, I get a survey even before talking to the agent. Not good service even when you get them on the phone, since they only tell you what you can yourself see online
