Huge upgrade fee fo new account, no flexibility

Claim to have a 14 day window from date of activation to solve problems, wanted to charge me 240 extra dollars to instal two new boxes which would bring them 12 dollars more a month for 24 months. Just had system installled and refused to resolve problem
