The custom service sucks!!! And the company keeps adding fees from nowhere with no explanation! I had the $60 dollars plan and from nowhere they raised my bill to $75 dollars. I called the costume service and spoke to 3 different people and no one solved my problem or explained me the reason for the increase. The last person told me that there was an upgrade but what a F... Of upgrade is this that they cant tell me??? Is the second time I have problem with this company!!! I will try to go straight to the main store to solve this because is impossible to do by phone! I will cancel my account. Dont get me wrong my plan is very good but I cannot stand when people want to rip me off.
