Last April I ordered the free trial for one month. They sent me two sensa products for 2 months. One month was over, I gained wait? So I tried to keep the whole package of two sensa, to make sure it would work for me (in which they already charged my ckecking account for that package), But, unfortunately, I kept gaining wait. I was scared, so I stopped using it. Then, last first week of august I found out that I already had 2 unopened boxes of Sensa delivered in my home? When I checked my checking account, I was already charged $89.98 dollars on each box? So, I called the Sensa customer service. I told the gentleman, that I need to return two unopened boxes of sensa because I tried the 2 months supply, never worked for me. He gave me the RMA? Numbers. I wrote it at the front of the two boxes as instructed by the Sensa Representative. Last August 29, I checked my checking account, I only saw $89.98 dollars back to my account, good only for one box. Now the Sensa company still owes me $89.98 dollars for the second box? Please help me resolve this problem of the $89.98 that Sensa company still owes me?
