I bought a 42-Inch Panasonic Viseo in late January I'd to hold back a couple weeks until deploy. I popped the container and there is not really a remote control. I instantly named Panasonic and on 2/10 I sent all of them of the necessary info; evidence of purchase, etc. I'd to contact a couple of days later to make sure that they received; first terrible support problem. Once I did so, I approached them again some times later plus they explained it had been on back-order until 2/24. I named them on 2/24 plus they proceeded to inform me it had been still on backorder and may not supply me having a day regarding when it'd be in. I informed the boss to make sure to mark that "I'm really unhappy, and would really like expedient procedure when it arrived in." I named again on 3/5 and a supervisor again explained it had been backordered also it might take another 3-4 months. For this day, 3/21 I've nevertheless not obtained my handheld remote control. This is actually the many terrible support I've actually received on any kind of television/equipment. They didn't actually recommend any kind of payment for my problem.
