Having bought a Lumix camera ($130 approx), I wanted some optional items. AC adapter, AV cable etc. To make life easier.
After a runaround with Panasonic Canada, turns out they have a very few authorized outlets for all accessories, and you can't simply shop online.
If you want any customer support and easy access to specific accessories, stay away from Panasonic
