I purchased a refurbished digital camera (model DMC-LZ7) that shoots movies with sound and video. They advertised that the product includes a AV cable (Audio and Video) that allows the camera to show its movies on a television. They shipped the wrong cable to me (Video only cable for the DMC-LZ6 camera). When I called the customer support line I was told that whatever part is on hand at the moment is what ships with the camera and panasonic will not replace it free. However now there are cables available and they will sell me one for $12.00 plus shipping and handling. I was outraged and refused to purchase from them a cable that all of their literature states is included with the camera which has a 90 day USA warranty. I used to love Panasonic obviously my feelings about them are quickly changing.
