This company is no good. You are unable to get anyone that you can understand on the phone if you can get them on the phone at all. When you talk to them the only thing they can say is "I SEE" or "Thank you for calling Direcpath ". Forget customer service as they do not know how to speak English which would be a nice start. The tech support has a 30 min or longer wait every time you call and at that they are unable to help get any problems cleared up. If you call DirecTV they just refer you back to these clowns. If you like to talk to India or whoever they decide to put on the phone with you go for it! OH and don't need service on a weekend because you can not get it. The techs do not work on weekends just between the hours of 8 and 5. To make matters worse they also do not "set times" to come out. You just have to be available between 8 and 5 m-f only.
