I bought a samsung 40-inch TELEVISION, it had been pressing and wouldn't switch on for over 5 minutes. I heard about the class-action suit filed against Samsung for related issues and called-up to truly have the Television fixed. Samsung did provide me a romantic date and period whenever a technician could be there. Plus a company quantity, seems great to date. Well the full time was established to get a 2:00pm Friday day and so I needed to abandon work early to become house for that technician. I quit work went house and also the technician never turned up I named Samsung plus they explained my purchase was ended simply because they had an issue using the serial number. I questioned why did not somebody contact me to I would like to understand the purchase was ended and all I acquired was we're sorry. I requested did the individual enter the serial number properly. (answe) r I actually donot know, I questioned why no-call back from their store (answer) I actually donot know, I questioned who's likely to pay me for that period I became popular from function (answer) I actually donot know. Today I lost income since I'd to depart work early without pay and my Television continues to be damaged. Before you buy a samsung item think hard if it's need of fix best of luck I understand it'll function as the last samsung item I purchase.
