There's a panel right above the LCD screen on my 46" Television amongst other numerous panels, which Samsung doesn't supply to its approved repair shops. Then when this table goes poor, they're suggesting to purchase an entire new LCD screen, that will be therefore costly that you're better-off to purchase a brand new Television altogether.
This panel went poor on my Television soon after annually and half where stage the guarantee is terminated. I named Samsung customer care plus they adamantly insisted that what-ever the store claims is what I've to complete which the panel isn't sold individually. The Laugh is, that Samsung offers this panel to others, for what-ever cause or objective, and that I could have it online and restore my Television myself. The issue is, exactly why is this table (component) declining thus rapidly (I've heard about many instances myself alone), and just why Samsung loves to market you a brand new LCD Screen/Television in a higher value rather than the Table in a portion of the LCD panelis price?
Why didn’t it bother Samsung a little after I told them concerning the scenario and just why did not it bother them at-all they have an excellent issue here? Is Samsung attempting to increase revenue by pursuing such plan?
Samsung might not worry about quality and exercise, but clients do. I'm not purchasing anymore Samsung products and that I recommend everybody else to rethink when they plan to purchase their goods.
