I have always had great experiences with Samsung products in the past. However I recently ordered a Samsung LE32R74BDX LCD TV and I am incredibly disappointed.
The television was pricey, and honestly not worth it. It took me two weeks to actually understand how it works (and I am fairly good with technology!) the instructions were poorly written and unhelpful.
The sound quality of this TV is BAD. I actually talked to a sales rep before purchasing this television about wanting one with a really crisp picture and sound. He pointed me to this one... Expensive and not fitting my requirements in the slightest.
What is most disappointing is that I specifically wanted a Samsung television because I have been impressed by their products in the past... However I now know never to purchase a television from them again!
