I called to ask about my bill, because every month the bill is higher, he offered a promotion that will bring down the bill to $114.99. It was going to take effect that day, January 8th. I just received the new statement today and it is for $209.98! I called and not even the supervisor could help me, they said they do not have a record of that call. They are supposed to record every call, and now that I need to check on my call, they do not have a record of it. I also hate that they have you under contract if you want it or not, the contract is for a year, but if you do not call to cancel on the due date they renew the contract again. You can not get out of it without paying, that says a lot about the company. It should be that they give you a good service so you are happy to stay with them.
