Sued for Thousands After Business Service Was Never Set Up Right

I ordered direct tv for my business and they never set service up right so I tried to get a refund on my boxes which they charged me $500. They said no. Now they are saying I said it was a residence not a business and are suing me for thousands when they had been to my business numerous times to fix tv problems.
