I just switched to Charter Communications due to a very compassionate young man named Brian. He came to my door and made me feel as though he was more concerned about my needs than actually making money.
I am 62 years old and I have never had a salesman come to me and ask me if he could save me some money. He sat down with me we talked about how much I was paying for my TV, Internet and phone services. He then showed me what he could offer me. He went over every detail and sold me on every item.
Brian listened to what I did on the internet and explained I would be wasting money if I bought a higher speed as all I do is email my children.
I was really blown away by the honesty of this salesman and he saved me almost $90 a month which is a big deal this day and age.
