I'm writing with respect to my 90-year old dad who named and requested his wire support to become changed to Verizon as a swap to get a 19" television many years ago. Father named your day the flyer arrived within the email, and was informed after he requested the support the tvs were backordered. This continued for all weeks. Then your tale transformed to "we don't understand what youre referring to". Several weeks later-after attempting to solve this and being informed "sorry friend no tvs", he disconnected his Verizon support. Following the Verizon unpleasant records, the bill collectors started calling. He started getting unpleasant calls and characters and described his situation many times to no avail. They described again and again and over he nevertheless needed to spend an earlier termination charge. While he advised them they didnt surpass their end-of the offer, they hung-up after which the expenses that arrived elevated from more than $200 to more than $400. Many years later he's today not capable of managing this problem and that I am today fielding the rude statement collector calls. I described it for them plus they keep calling and calling looking to get us to stay and spend half. Could you please enable us? We're at wits end, no body listens to the tale.
