So my DirecTV HD receiver has gone bad and I've been told I have to pay $20 to have a new one sent to me. Are you serious? I had to pay $130 to have the privilege to "lease" this equipment in the first place. I'm reminded that it belongs to them even though I had to pay for it. Then, when it goes bad they don't take responsibility for it. Can't wait for my agreement to be up.in fact, I'm considering paying the penalty to cancel now.
