I've been a faithful Qwest client for 15 years. I registered to get a 2-year contract with Qwest for Direct TV. I planned an installment screen that was 4 hours. I got a half-day off-work for this installment, so when no body turned up, I named. Because of a mistake on the finish, my visit was never put up, nevertheless all of the payment was in position! I rescheduled and certainly will have to consider another 1/2 evening for that installment, and sesrvice delayed another week. To create things worse, in the place of providing payment due to their mistake and my period, I had been solicited for cel phone serice. To top everything down, I employed 25 units of my cel phone moments to discover that there is nothing they might do to create this as much as me. I'm an extremely disappointed client and can't think that they'll provide nothing due to their mistake that's charging me-time and cash.
