During landscaping our phone-line got cut. I contact Qwest to determine just how much it would be to displace it. I had been not on the agreement with Qwest and believed if it had been likely to be too costly I'd stop my support and discover another person or do without having a telephone. I had been informed with a the repair division that it'd not charge me something, and so I went a mind and put up the fix. Fourteen days later I received a statement for $523 for administrative costs, work and substance all for that fix of the cut-line. The statement informs me to contact several easily have concerns. The amount is to get a business CMR Statements who's truly only a variety company and cannot do something concerning the costs. I spend hours about the telephone looking to get anyone to inform me why I am accountable for this and just why it cost so much. I've yet to obtain anybody about the telephone to provide mean explaination and sometimes even create any consessions for Qwest's Fix heartis mistake.
