Disgusting customer service

If anybody is considering another organization With Time Warner Cable -do yourself a benefit and get it done.

I had been so surprised to check on the BBB and find out Time-Warner wire is highly-rated having a 'little' quantity of complaints - about 200 grievances.

Well, listed here is mine of course if I will save another person the waste of period and also the strength of trouble then perhaps some advantage can come from it - while not in my experience.

I Will keep it short:

- the only real supervisor who ultimately offered some good interest was after I named to stop. Also it took over around 30 minutes which ultimately led to me shouting at him to prevent overcharging me and he really did correct my bill - again which was the final statement.

- every occasionally the sign was bad (I ought to not need to cover that) which truly hurts if you should be relying on viewing a specific plan

- additionally I came across in studying the fine-print that they'll market/share your individual info to others, although I requested the repetition about any of it after I registered. The repetition assured me they are doing no such issue. After I later browse the fine-print and noticed they did market/share client data I sent customer service stating their repetition was completely deceptive, and had that submitted to some coaching supervisor who stated they rely on remarks like mine to enhance their customer support.

Overall regarding customer support - it's among the toughest of any organization I've completed business with.
