We've had Mediacom cable at our vacation-home to get a very long time. Though it is ludicrously costly, we combined phone and online sites to Mediacom aswell. Partially simply to have one-bill but there must have been some savings aswell. Not happening. To begin with, we have never had the opportunity to actually get repair-service without supplying bill figures, mailing details, homeowners title, flag numbers and drivers permit numbers however now for whatever reason they chose to permit anybody in the home to-order whichever spend-per-watch they desired. Your winter tenants simply requested nearly a $100 value of additional solutions without so much like a hello. Today Mediacom claims that people would need to needed to set a flag number (did and never distributed to anybody) and set parental controls which may have now been good to understand before. Two people used several hours of our holiday that journey configuring it accordingly. And so I ended all providers when I discover their providers to become irregular at-best and incredibly misleading within their methods. Did I note their costs are insane? The support representative was not particularly rude but really arrogant despite the fact that he obviously needed to request another person the clear answer to each and every issue such as the identification data. When they had merely eliminated the unauthorized costs, been a bit more customer-friendly and conveyed the loosening of purchasing needs, we'd have remained.
