Charged for HD

I got a brand new television and my boy found connect it-up, he unearthed that I-donot have Hd, I thought I'd it once they hooked up my satalitie, today I"m spending to get a fresh container and obtain a brand new satalite, they explained I've to pay for five bucks additional per month for HD. I never browse the paper-work I simply thought I'd Hd. When I requested my support I was informed the Hd is free. I survive a fixed-income and I thought I'd free Hd. There are four others on my Meal, would you please enable me, thanks linda neely
