They're simply too big. Just read a review from someone else how his service had been inexplicably down for one day (internet) and then TV down an hour the next day. He tried to call. No answer given.
I've been down from internet FOR FIVE DAYS! You call for support. After waiting 25 minutes or better, you either get the quick spin-off "I'll reset the signals on all your boxes and that's all I can do" or you get thrown into a merry go round of call transfers! Nothing personalized... Basically NO PEOPLE! Just that stupid woman's voice ("ok, now I've got your account." are you kidding???) AND ALL OF THIS ONLY STARTED AFTER THEY LAUNCHED XFINITY!!!
The coup de gras: I called to CANCEL my service. No one in billing answers the phone. You can bet your sweet bottom they'll call you if you miss a payment!
