Wife called verizon customer service on December 10th while visiting with her mother who has cancer and has 3 to 6 months to live from her mothers house in las vegas nevada to raise her monthly minutes from 750 to 1400 a month because my wife realize that she was slightly over when she check # min because of her mothers illness, she was talking to more family members more often and knew this was needed. The represenative said that would be fine and not a problem and would be back dated to cover any minutes that were over the 750 min limit. Today January 7 we were billed $600. And when my wife called they said they have record of her call but only that the new 1400 minute was dicussed but not wanted. This after the Rep assured my wife everything was ok and would be done as requested. She talked to the next level Supervisor and they said there was nothing they could do about except knock off $160.00 off the 600.00 bill
