Aged DVR quit functioning and so I visited Comcast to get a new one. They gave me a Cisco RNG200. I have has it for just two months today and also the OnDemand support doesn't function. Technicians have visited the home twice. Every time they inform me the DVR can't get an IP which the problem is by using the community. Every time I had been informed that the exterior technology was focusing on the issue. Additionally informed that additional clients are experiencing exactly the same issue. I want Comcast to provide a DVR that's suitable for their community.
