Comcast must simply acknowledge they don't provide instant Web. I'd a radio Web community put up by Comcast 7 weeks before. It worked good in the beginning, but about a few months before, the wireless modem quit functioning. After I named Comcast, they stated the modem was mine plus they don't help hubs. Humorous, I actually donot remember selecting this modem or adding it... Anyhow, I'd to contact the router producer and store judge about the telephone together for an hour or so while we reconfigured the modem. Then a week ago it went again. This time around the directions the router organization offered me didn't function, and so I simply dumped it and visited Walmart, purchased a Linksys1500 modem. It fundamentally mounted itself - simply place the disk. It appears to perform good using the Comcast device. Therefore my issue is - just how can Comcast deploy anything after which not help it? And when they were likely to abandon me by myself with this specific modem, why-didn't they abandon mean operatoris manual and/or driver disk therefore I might set it-up again if required? It'd have rescued me lots of suffering if Comcast had simply stated in advance - "We deploy high speed Web - it is your decision to create it instant if you like."
