In July I registered for an Web/Telephone bundle with Cox with automatic payment to some charge card. I got thorough records at that time. Upon lately researching the charge card report at length, returning 5 weeks, I came across that I'd been additionally charged $52 per month for Television/wire. It did not pop-out since I also make use of this card for business cost and there are lots of products. I never requested Cable Television and sometimes even mentioned it. I delivered a note (it required quite a long time to obtain a response) and Cox declined to complete something except to credit the newest month. Do not conduct business with one of these individuals. Do not subscribe to any "special deals". I've Strong TV in another home and that I am a happy client. Arrogant administration, inattentive support, except once they are signing you up. I'm also processing a using the CA Dept. Of Consumer Affairs.
