Attempted REDBOX for very first time this week. Hired 2 films. Went recently to come back them (by walking several blocks from my house) and also the device was freezing. Store-manager stated he's no connection. I waited some time but nothing. Attempted again only today and device CONTINUES TO BE FREEZING and so I cannot return them. To ensure thatis 2 films equally 2 times late plus tax, for anything that'snot my problem. The following closest area is 4 miles from my house and that I do not have use of an automobile. Even when I did so, the full time, power and gasoline alone to come back these films makes it not worthwhile. I'll NEVER use redbox again. Way too many issues may FAIL plus they don't have any method to correct it. I actually donot wanna be about the telephone with customer support for 5 bucks each time I hire a film. Redbox hurts.
