Inadequate support right from the start which was over 2yrs before! They actually attributed President Obama for bad transmission quality

On 3/31/10 a fix technology (Russell) to displace the box, he nearly slipped my Television on the ground, mounted the box, didn't examine to determine if it had been operating and he quit. That got mounted I believed, Our Television doesn't function precisely, the dvdplayer doesn't function properly and my Wii sport is scratched-up. I'm really discouraged with customer support not having the ability to link me using the boss, or I contact and let them know who I'm and CS weighs on me.

The boss Damon and his worker returned to my house and put up devoted collections for providers, Damon the boss explained they'd substitute my HDMI cable that Russell screwed with creating my dvd-player to not function precisely, I kept calling customer support to understand when it'd be changed, lastly after months of waiting a technology found my house (BTW did not come at that time I had been guaranteed) The technology replaced the incorrect wire and today my Television is wholly no longer working right! I named customer support that day to record the issue, I likewise have been looking to get the "tiling" problem set, I named 6 times that evening, each time I named they'd inform me they'd "email" a boss to contact me back, I also got exactly the same reaction over a period of time of 3 times. Did anybody contact me back? NO!

Then recently 6/21/10 something technology found my house to examine my issues with my Television and my wire. He could not appear to repair the problem, informed me he might proceed and find out if it had been a place broad problem and might return with me, have I gotten a telephone call yet? The clear answer ISN'T ANY!

Also as the technology was below I allow him understand the incorrect wire was changed, I told him I needed it mounted, then he explained he wasn't guaranteed if it may be he might contact "Damon" the boss, it was after he explained I'd need to contact customer service, I told him I had been receiving no-where with customer service. I still haven't noticed from anybody out of this organization. Our wire issue is still not set and my Television continues to be all messed up.

I told them I'd have my spouse connect anything enjoy it is meant to become, but we cant do this however till anything about the cable businesses finish to repair and substitute enjoy it ought to be.

The wire c0ompany doesn't have difficulty closing off service for non-payment, but WOn't provide quality support, additionally client service like I mentioned before is TERRIBLE! Informing me lie after rest! And worst yet holding on me, or you delay such a long time on-hold then get disconnected and also have to hold back allover again. I save money than 50% of my cellphone minuets coping with customer support being on store, hung-up on, disconnected. Additionally customer support functions like they've no idea what administrators titles are.

I am really annoyed and FURIOUS they experience they are able to escape with such BAD support COMPLETELY AROUND!!!
