On Jan 25, I bought the Kyocera G2GO M2000 for a worker to utilize to gain access to mail. I had been questioned why I delivered the telephone back, and so I advised the consultant of the above mentioned scenario. She subsequently explained that I ought to have delivered the telephone to Kyocera in order for them to substitute. I informed her that I'd not do this. I'd been already informed to deliver it for them to get a reimbursement, to ensure that is what I did so. The consultant subsequently informs me she's shipping it back again to me. I informed her that used to donot need the telephone back, it had been not of any use to us because it could not access mail. I'd previously sustained the price of delivery in my experience after which back again to them. I'd never had delivered it for them easily was not advised to.
