I would like to begin by saying I've had Directv for 14 years. Because the bundle I began with isn't any longer accessible, I had been informed I'd be grandfathered in & not shed some of my stations. They recently required ESPN Classic off my bundle. After I named customer support I had been informed that I'd need to update for their activities bundle to be able to get ECL back.in my opinion it'd charge $13 more per month and can include stations I've no need to view. After going right through 3 distinct people, attempting to show them I had been informed several, many years back that my route selection wouldn't alter, I had been ostensibly informed also poor, nothing they are able to do. I've had my difficulties with them previously, poor gear & info (being informed I'd get a completely new TIVO to displace what ended up to be always a faulty one I'd simply bought, simply to get a restored one), customer support individuals who have no idea what theyare referring to, etc.-but have caught together since they're the only real people who've the NBA solution & it appears like they'll contain it until 2014. Fundamentally they're attempting to drive me to cover stations I actually donot want to be able to obtain the one-channel I actually do need.
