When I decided to put my cable, internet and phone on one bill I reviewed what was most important to me to have good service. Since I teach college courses, online, my internet was the most important, though I do like to have the other services work well. I had had Bellsouth DSL for many years without problems, so I decide to use ATT because they now own Bellsouth. It has been a nightmare, and though I won't go into all details (too much) with all the issues, I will say that it was the greatest mistake I have ever made with utility services to use ATT Uverse. When one thing goes out all goes out. Twice since I changed (March of this year) it took 6 weeks, each time, to get the problem resolved. Beware!
