Received a letter from solitude aid, through bank of america having said that directv went a credit history on me. I don't have directv, i did so not purchase directv, i did so not approve directv to check on my credit.
I named immediate attempting to speak to someone in customer service why they utilized our credit. I had been forwarded to customer support, which incidentally there's no customer support t/directv. A guy who said his name was elvis, believed to send a duplicate of the letter for their customer service heart... The fax # he gave me didn't function, the e-mail never went everywhere.
How is it that the business can just function a credit history without prior agreement???
