Steer clear!!! We'd a salesman come door-to-door and spoke us into changing from Directv to Dish Network. The savings were roughly $80 therefore we decided because we weren't in agreement with Directv anymore. We were informed that people were signing a 1year agreement with Dish Network of course if we chose to stop anytime, we'd have early termination costs from Meal. No big deal. The salesman put a deal before us, in order a customer, my partner attempted reading within the agreement before he closed. Everytime my spouse might try to study a-line of the agreement, the salesman claims "Oh, all it says is that this, I'll simply review it for you personally." Therefore, considering this guy is truthful, we allow him review a few of the sentences. My partner questioned him straight if there have been any separate agreements with Linx and also the salesman says no. My spouse signals the agreement. We were disappointed with Dish Network and chose to stop, understanding we'd get a charge. We obtained our charge card record and Linx charged us for $450!!! I called instantly, talked using the operator. He explained it was as much as the client to see the agreement before it is authorized. I told him we attempted, however the salesman might disrupt and "review" exactly what the sentences study. Then he starts to inform me that because he wasn't in my own home that evening, it is my term against his salesman and because he operates a company he'll think his salesman within the client. My spouse has tried calling repeatily attempting to solve this problem and every quantity he calls claims he is not calling during regular business hours, try back later. It record the company hours about the recorded communication. He calls during business hours and gets exactly the same saving. The corporation is just a total fraud, I really hope they get enough folks upset that people might document some kind of class action suit.
