SalesForce.com
Unauthorized charges

We closed a deal with salesforce.com on 03/27/08 that was a-3 month agreement for $1,125.00. We didn't need automated restoration, therefore the salesman set payment consistency as annually on our agreement.

On 11/26/08 our agreement was emptiness. On 11/28/08 our consideration was fraudulently billed by salesforce.com for $3,375.00. We'd NO agreement declaring they had agreement to get this done.

We called on 11/28/08 whenever we noticed this cost struck our consideration. We quit two communications using the payment division plus one for that salesman. Your salesman reconfirmed this wasn't decided which salesforce.com was to blame. Salesforce.com held getting us down and stating that 'the cash is likely to be inside your consideration tomorrow'. It was exactly the same justification we noticed every single day.

After 30 days, the payment division ultimately called us back. Lastly we created an agreement using the salesman to provide us another 3 month agreement for 1 person for 12/23/08 through 03/22/09, after which we'd get a $3,000.00 reimbursement. We obtained a reimbursement of $2,675.00. After fighting together we obtained $375 significantly less than we'd decided. Their justification was that people had lapsed period without paying them. To begin with, they instantly charged our consideration 2 nights following the agreement went emptiness without agreement. I suppose 2 times of lapsed period means $375.00!?!?

I highly recommend to not do any company with salesforce.com. Their tech-support is HORRIBLE! And that I haven't once had the opportunity to achieve their Payment Division during business hours. After 20 units of waiting on-hold, it moves one to voicemail. I've not had one great encounter with salesforce.com - their plan is not any great anyhow! Take a look at just how many poor evaluations they've! Do not signal a deal, they wont recognize it anyhow!
