When I signed up for for Dish they guaranteed me a monthly price and I got a confirmation number from the sales rep. When I got my bill it was $12 more than promised.
I called Dish, they said the additional charges were standard and apologized for being mislead by the salesman. They are unwilling to honor their agreement even with the confirmation code and the salesman's name.
