I had my direct tv disconnected and they said they sent the boxes for me to return the equipment, I waited and did not get them, they then proceeded to harrass me and say I owed them almost $500 for the equipment because I had not returned it... I recieved many phone calls and they continued to call me until I got angry and told them I wanted the conframation number so I could track the next package, low and behold I recieved that one... When I had paid my last bill I they over charged me $10.20 but I paid it and was told after the bill was recalculated I would receive it back... I still have not gotten it back even tho today I have received a statement saying I have that much credit due me. When I called to see when I will get my check for it they say I owe where I oredered a movie May and now owe them $1.87, LOL, I ask to speak to a supervisor and stayed on the line 3 times for about 30-40 minutes, waiting to be connected and and was hung up on each time. The consumers have no rights any more
