No Service - They Don't Care

I'venot had Primary TV for actually fourteen days and my support transpired, that we could cope with. I demand aid plus they inform me I've to hold back each day 5 without having my television. I actually donot like it, but I will cope with it. I delay in the home for 4 hours with no specialist turns up. I figure he is operating delayed, but I will cope with it. I contact the client support point and they inform me "they" should have planned the incorrect Friday or explained the incorrect day& and so I'll have to delay one more week until next Friday. At that time I'll haven't had Primary TV service longer than I've had Strong TV company. They create no try to assist routine a visit. Obviously if you have issues you're within the same point/schdule as new clients becoming a member of Direct TV. So&after they perhaps you have they do not allow it to be important to repair your condition. After talking with a boss, nothing else occurred. He simply described that reality, Brandon from okay customer support quantity V1859, in my experience. Ostensibly "We're sorry, but we-don't uphold our item and that I may pay attention to your condition, study a software, although not allow you to." For all those of you considering changing from Meal or wire & DON"T GET IT DONE, STAY TIGHT AND ENJOY YOUR TV. The lawn isn't always greener about the other area.
