This is actually the toughest support and gear I've ever seen. I've had Tivo with DirecTV for more than 5 years but desired to change to some "total bundle" to conserve money. I changed to Timewarner for Telephone, Web, and Wire. Exactly what a error! The telephone and web are good however the Motorola DVR equipment is just a wreck. I've been with TWC for a few months and also have needed to substitute the DVR 4 times. Every time, I obtain a boss which breaks me ONEDAY to support. I ought to be acquiring wire support free of charge at this time! Everybody I consult with has issues with the Motorola gear slowing, missing, cold, etc. TWC today promises that it's a Motorola problem they have identified about since April, 09."We're focusing on the issue"
